At The Belgian Chocolate Makers in central Brussels, an English-speaking chocolatier such as Patricia guides you through cacao tasting, bean-to-bar production, truffles, mendiants, and a decorated chocolate bar. You taste fresh cacao, mucilage, and cacao liquor, then take everything you make home.

The one bit of feedback I would give is that this class is NOT in the centre of town, and in a bit of a dodgy area, so you may want to get an uber to and from here instead of walking.”

Nice and easy not too difficult and easy enough for children too. the guide was brilliant, all the ingredients were already prepared, the instructions were suitable for the amount of people in your group and clear and informative. the guide was very intelligent, we had a good conversation over hot chocolate with Meroujan and the rest of the group. the location was quite a walk out of the city centre and the stairs in the building were old and worn. we walked away with 3 boxes full of truffles and had a really good expirience. definitely worth the money.”
